From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on STORE SETTINGS to open the drop down and click on MANAGE USERS.
Depending on your plan, you can have up to 10 users on your Nimbl Store Portal. You can also assign "roles" to each user to limit what they can do on the portal.
USER ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE:
Starter Package - 1 Administrator User
Advanced Package - 1 Administrator User and 4 Sub Users
Expert Package - 1 Administrator User and 9 Sub Users
Add / Edit User
To add a user click on the "ADD NEW USER" button. To edit a user click on the "EDIT" link next to the user you want to edit.
Please note that the creator of the store (marked in orange) is a Administrator user and roles can not be assigned to this user as they have full rights.
After clicking on the Add or Edit button you will be redirected to the user management screen. From here you can edit the following details:
Access Settings - Based on the main menu of the portal. Granting access to said area will grant full access to that part of the menu, as well as the action from the menu pages in the Nimbl Store
If you would like to disable the account click the "DISABLE ACCOUNT" button. This will temporarily remove access for the user. To activate the user click on the "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button
Should a reset of password be required click on the "RESET PASSWORD" button. A new password will be generated and will be shown on the user management screen.
To delete a user click the "DELETE USER" button. This can not be undone so please confirm this action
