CHATTERBOX


This extension allow you to add either a Whatsapp Click to Chat widget or a TAWK.to live chat widget to your website. This allows you to interact with your clients in real time to raise your conversion rate on sales for your website.

HOW TO ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.

  • Next to CHATTERBOX, click on the EDIT button.

  • Click on the ENABLE CHATTERBOX EXTENSION (to enable) and DISABLE CHATTERBOX EXTENSION (to disable)

  • You can choose which support chat you would prefer to use:

  1. TAWK.TO WIDGET


  1. MESSENGER WIDGET
