OTHER REPORTS



  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on REPORTS to open the drop down and click on OTHER REPORTS.



  1. CONVERSIONS (GRAPHIC OVERVIEW)

This report is used to view all orders that have made it into the basket on your online store. This is a good overview to see how many customers make it onto your website and actually complete their order.


  • Click on the WEB BASKET REPORT button to view a more detailed report.

The report shows three statuses:

  1. COMPLETED: They completed the order on your online store and used one of your payment options (EFT / Payfast).

  • Basket -> Checkout -> Payment

  1. CHECKOUT ABANDONED: They moved to the checkout stage, completing all fields (filled in delivery address and their details), but once they were at the payment stage, they abandoned the order.

  • Basket -> Checkout

  1. NOT COMPLETED: They added items to their basket, but never went on to the checkout stage.

  • Basket


  • Choose the MONTH and YEAR you wish to see and click on the GET REPORT button.

  • You can SORT your web basket according to Date, Basket Total or Basket Status.

Your report will be shown. You can also export the report using one of the following options:

  1. CSV

  2. Excel

  3. PDF

TOP TIP: To sort data or get totals, export the report to Excel.



2. PAYFAST FEES (GRAPHIC OVERVIEW)


This report is used to view Payfast fees for online orders where the client paid using Payfast.


  • Click on the PAYFAST FEE DETAILS button to view a more detailed report.

  • Choose the MONTH and YEAR you wish to see and click on the GET REPORT button.

  • You can SORT your data according to Date, Payment Status, Order Details, Gross Amount, Payfast Fee or Net Amount.

You can export the report using one of the following options:

  1. CSV

  2. Excel

  3. PDF

TOP TIP: To sort data or get totals, export the report to Excel.
