ADDING WHATSAPP WIDGET


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.

  • Next to CHATTERBOX, click on the EDIT button.

  • Click on the ENABLE CHATTERBOX EXTENSION (to enable) and DISABLE CHATTERBOX EXTENSION (to disable)

  • Click on the WHATSAPP WIDGET.

  • Add your WHATSAPP NUMBER (either personal or business) ie 27821234578. No + character or spaces

  • Add your OPENING MESSAGE

  • Add your DISPLAY NAME

  • Click on the SAVE CHATTERBOX SETTINGS button.


You are all set! The Whatsapp Widget will now display on your website and your customers can contact you directly.
