AWAITING PAYMENT


The order status will be AWAITING PAYMENT if the client chose the EFT payment option, or if you added a manual order. The order therefore has only been placed, but not yet paid.

1. DOWNLOADING A QUOTE


You might want to send the quote to the client for them to complete the payment. This could be because you created a manual order, or the client did not receive the email when placing the order via your website. (When a client places an order on your website and chooses the EFT option, a quote will automatically be sent to the clients email address. SEE: ORDER AUTOMATED EMAILS) You therefore away have the option to download and send / resend the quote.


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on the OPEN ORDERS button.

  • UNDER the AWAITING PAYMENT tab, click on the VIEW button of the order you are busy with.

  • Click on the DOWNLOAD QUOTE button.

  • Open the file and the quote for the order will be available to save and send to your client.

2. RECEIVING PAYMENT


If the client chose the EFT payment option or if you created a manual order, the status will be awaiting payment. You will have to manually capture the payment once you have received it.

TOP TIP: If an order is in awaiting payment status, the stock amount is already deducted from your stock totals. If the client does not pay, the stock will only be replenished once the order has been canceled.


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on ORDERS to open the drop down and click on the OPEN ORDERS button.

  • UNDER the AWAITING PAYMENT tab, click on the VIEW button of the order you are busy with.

  • Click on the CONFIRM PAYMENT button.

  • To capture the payment, complete all fields and click on the CAPTURE PAYMENT button.


The order status will be updated to PROCESSING and will now be available under the IN PROGRESS tab.
