CHOOSING YOUR SUBSCIPTION PACKAGE


Once you have set up your online store, done a few test orders, chosen your template and you’re happy with the overall look and feel of your online store, you can GO LIVE!

STEPS:


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on SUBSCRIBE.

THREE FINAL CHECKS


You need to complete these three steps to be able to subscribe. These ensure you have a functioning website.

  1. ACTIVE PAYMENT OPTION:

You need to have at least one active payment option active and completed.

  1. WAREHOUSE ADDRESS COMPLETE:

You need to have a dispatch address.

  1. ONE TEST ORDER COMPLETED:

You need to have completed at least one test order on your online store to see that the process works correctly. You can CREATE A MANUAL ORDER or CREATE AN ONLINE ORDER.



  • Once you have completed all three checks, you can click on the NEXT STEP button.

  • TICK on the subscription package you want to continue with.

  • You can also choose to BUY A DOMAIN directly from Nimbl. The cost is R99 for the first year. (If you have chosen to add a domain, we will contact you within 8 working hours after payment is complete to register your domain name.)

  • Click on the NEXT STEP button.

  • Review and pay. Once you click on the PAY NOW button, you will be redirected to Payfast for secure online payment.


Once payment is completed and confirmed on our side, you will receive an email stating that your website is live. Your website remains live until the expiry date and we will let you know when your next payment is due.


Remember you can always upgrade your package packages.
