How much does Nimbl STORE cost?

Try Nimbl free for 14 days, no credit card required. After your trial expires, choose a pricing plan that suits the size and stage of your business.

- ADVANCED PACKAGE: Perfect option for when you are settled and growing! COST: R499.00 per month

Do I have to sign a contract and pay for long periods?

No, Nimbl Store is billed on a month-to-month basis, which allows you to change between the payment options each month to suit your business needs, and you can end the store at any given time.


Can I use my own domain name with Nimbl?

Yes, you can use your own domain name with Nimbl. If you have an existing domain name, you can connect it to Nimbl from your store’s portal. Learn more about connecting an existing domain to a Nimbl store in our Help Centre.

If you don’t have a domain name yet, you can either buy one through Nimbl or a third-party provider.

Do I need to be a designer or developer to use Nimbl?

No, you don’t need to be a designer or developer to use Nimbl. Customize the look and feel of your store with the online store builder and templates.

What do I need to start an online shop?

Get started by signing up for Nimbl. Then set up your store and add your products. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Once you are registered we have an amazing Nimbl Help Centre you can access, to assist you.


Can I edit my online store?

Yes, easily and continuously. Nimbl does not limit your changes. You can grow and expand as your business grows and expands.

Can I switch between website templates?

Yes, switching is very easy, but can take up to two hours to reflect on your website. We are constantly adding new templates for you to choose from.

Where can I sell with Nimbl?

Nimbl lets you sell almost anywhere your customers are, including online and anywhere else with a manual order creation.


Do I get notified if I receive a new order?

Yes, an email will be sent to you with the order number and payment total. You can find the order on your Nimbl Store Portal.

Can I cancel orders?

Yes, you can refund and cancel orders for whatever the reason.

Does Nimbl give me financial and inventory reports?

Yes, you get free reporting with Nimbl that includes Sales Overview, Cancelled Orders, Stock Sheets, Stock Movements, etc. If you need more reports we can also assist!

Do I get better courier prices with Nimbl?

Yes, as a registered client you get our best courier prices available.


Will my package be safe using eParcel?

More than 70 online shops already use eParcel as their courier as well as four university campuses for off site teaching.

Tried and trusted, the parcel always comes first with eParcel. Being so reliable we offer free insurance on packages up to R5000 in value for our registered customers.


Do I have to use eParcel as my courier?

No, you don’t have to use eParcel as your courier. eParcel courier service makes it easier as it is already integrated into your system, but you can capture a manual dispatch should you choose to a different courier.
