UNDERSTANDING YOUR NIMBL STORE BILL


BILL OVERVIEW

Your bill includes two sections:

  • Subscription fees shows the charge for your store's Nimbl subscription plan.

  • Transaction fees shows transaction charges associated with the bill. You are charged transaction fees if you are not using eParcel's Courier Services.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Subscription fees depend on your PLAN and on THE SUBSCRIPTION BILLING PERIOD.


TRANSACTION FEES

(suspended for COVID'19 relief)

If you're using eParcel's Courier Services, then transaction fees don't apply for orders. If you don't use eParcel's Courier Services, then transaction fees apply for orders. Avoid transaction fees by using eParcel services when dispatching your orders.

Note: If an order has been cancelled before receiving payment, then no transaction fee will apply.

BILLING CYCLES

A billing cycle is the length of time between bills. You cannot choose the billing date. It depends on when subscription was started / renewed.

Subscription billing cycle: 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months.

Transaction billing cycle: once a month (based on previous month transactions).
