SizeME CHARTS
Create Size Charts that reduce returns and keep your customers happy. This tool will help you illustrate measurements for your products to help your customers decide to buy from you.
Size and fit are one of the main problems for e-commerce retailers. For the majority of consumers size changes are dependent on the brand, country and material. With consumers unable to try items on and wrong-size purchases this contributes to high return rates. Reducing the return rates is a huge focus and well-executed size guides can make a significant impact on the bottom-line.
HOW TO ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.
Next to SizeME CHARTS, click on the EDIT button.
Click on the ENABLE SizeME EXTENSION (to enable) and DISABLE SizeME EXTENSION (to disable)
ADDING A NEW SIZE CHART
Once the extension is activated, you can start adding in size charts.
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.
Next to SizeME CHARTS, click on the EDIT button.
Click on the ADD NEW SIZE CHART button.
ADD a CHART NAME (required).
ADD a CHART DESCRIPTION (optional).
Start building your chart by adding columns. Click on the ADD COLUMN button. Now ADD your ROWS by clicking on the ADD ROW button.
CHANGE the text to your specifications.
(You can add or delete COLUMNS / ROWS by using the corresponding buttons.)
UPLOAD an image (optional). Click on the SELECT SIZE CHART IMAGE button.
When you are done, click on the SAVE SIZE CHART button.
You now have a SIZE CHART. Click on the ADD NEW SIZE CHART button again to add more size charts.
MANAGING A SIZE CHART
You can add / remove products linked to the size chart as well as delete the entire size chart.
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.
Next to SizeME CHARTS, click on the EDIT button.
ADD / REMOVE LINKED PRODUCTS
Click on the MANAGE button next to the size chart you want to add products to.
To link (or removed linked) products, click on the SET LINKED PRODUCTS button.
A product list will appear with all the products you have added to the database (excluding archived products). Tick the products that must be linked to this specific size chart. Un-tick the products you want to remove from this specific size chart.
(You can also use the SEARCH to find products more easily.)
Click on the SAVE LINKED PRODUCTS button.
You have now successfully added / removed link products to the specific Size Chart.
To go back to your charts, click on the BACK TO SIZEME CHARTS button.
DELETING A SIZE CHART
Click on the MANAGE button next to the size chart you want to delete.
Click on the DELETE CHART button.
A pop-up will appear reminding you that all linked products will be removed. Click OK.
