Purpose: This email is sent four hours after a customer abandons their cart. The main goal is to remind the customer of the item they showed interest in, gently nudging them to return and complete their purchase.
Timeline: 4 hours after abandonment

Purpose: Sent 24 hours after cart abandonment, this email addresses any potential objections or concerns the customer might have about the product or purchase process. The aim is to reassure the customer and encourage them to proceed with their order.
