A Customer might contact you to resend a gift card voucher. It could be that the customer lost the original Gift Card Voucher, or maybe they made a typo on their email address and never received the Gift Card Voucher.

Whatever the reason may be, you can resend the Gift Card Voucher to your customer.

  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on GIFT CARDS to open the drop down and click on the ISSUED GIFT CARDS button.

You will be able to SEARCH for the specific Gift Card Voucher. You can search by: EMAIL ADDRESS/ GIFT CARD CODE / ORDER NUMBER / CUSTOMER NAME.

  • Enter the relevant SEARCH TERM and click on the SEARCH button.

  • The details of the Issued Gift Card will appear. Click on the VIEW button to manage that specific Gift Card Voucher.

Here you can see all the details regarding the Gift Card Voucher. You can double check with your client that all the details are accurate.

  • If they confirm all is in order, then you can click on the RESEND GIFT CARD EMAIL TO CLIENT button.

  • Alternatively, should there be a problem with their email address, or they have a new email address, you can ADD a CC email address. (For security reasons the original email address will always ALSO receive the email.) Click on the RESEND GIFT CARD EMAIL TO CLIENT button.
