CREATING AN ONLINE ORDER


Testing that your website is fully working is an important part of your free trial period.


NB. When testing your ordering system, it is important to note that the Payfast option will not create an order in the system if your website is not published.


STEPS TO CREATE AN ONLINE ORDER


  • VIEW your store.

  • Click on the PRODUCT you wish to view / buy.

  • ADJUST the variant (if applicable) and quantity and click on the ADD TO CART button.

  • Check your cart and then click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

  • Complete the shipping information and click on the NEXT STEP button.

  • SELECT your Shipping option. This is based on the SHIPPING RULE you have chosen.

  • CLICK on your PAYMENT OPTION. (we recommend using EFT as to not have to pay anything).


The order has been CREATED. You will receive an email with the order details and it will also be available from the eParcel Portal, under the STORE tab.
