(ORDER STATUS: AWAITING PAYMENT)
When is the order status ‘awaiting payment’?
When a client orders on your website and chose EFT as the payment option.
When you create a manual order.
With both of these you still need to confirm that payment has taken place manually. The email will therefore contain your EFT details as well as a button for the client to view his/her order.
Once the order is created an automated email goes out to the shopper confirming that you have received the order.

YOUR LOGO on the top left
ORDER NUMBER
ORDER STATUS
VIEW YOUR ORDER button which is the same colour as your website highlight colour chosen.
YOUR CONTACT DETAILS should the client need it.
ORDER CONFIRMED
(ORDER STATUS: PAYMENT CONFIRMED)
When is the order status ‘payment confirmed’?
When a client orders on your website and pays directly.
When a manual order / website EFT order has paid and you have manually captured the payment.
Once payment is confirmed an automated email goes out to the client.
