(ORDER STATUS: AWAITING PAYMENT)


When is the order status ‘awaiting payment’?

  1. When a client orders on your website and chose EFT as the payment option.

  2. When you create a manual order.

With both of these you still need to confirm that payment has taken place manually. The email will therefore contain your EFT details as well as a button for the client to view his/her order.


Once the order is created an automated email goes out to the shopper confirming that you have received the order.


EMAIL EXAMPLE CONTAINS:


  • YOUR LOGO on the top left

  • ORDER NUMBER

  • ORDER STATUS

  • VIEW YOUR ORDER button which is the same colour as your website highlight colour chosen.

  • YOUR CONTACT DETAILS should the client need it.

ORDER CONFIRMED

(ORDER STATUS: PAYMENT CONFIRMED)


When is the order status ‘payment confirmed’?

  1. When a client orders on your website and pays directly.

  2. When a manual order / website EFT order has paid and you have manually captured the payment.


Once payment is confirmed an automated email goes out to the client.
