ADDING TAWK.TO WIDGET


  • ON THE TAWK.TO WEBSITE you have to SIGN UP with Tawk.to > Log in to tawk.to (https://www.tawk.to)

  • In the left menu click on ADD ON'S > Click on CHAT WIDGET

  • COPY the full DIRECT CHAT LINK.


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.

  • Next to CHATTERBOX, click on the EDIT button.

  • Click on the ENABLE CHATTERBOX EXTENSION (to enable) and DISABLE CHATTERBOX EXTENSION (to disable)

  • Click on the TAWK.TO WIDGET

  • Add the DIRECT CHAT LINK.

  • Click on the SAVE CHATTERBOX SETTINGS button.


You are all set! The Tawk.to Widget will now display on your website and your customers can contact you directly.
