ORDER / SALES REPORTS


The importance of sales reports cannot be overestimated. They help you monitor the performance of their sales team, plan effective sales strategies, decide on a sales forecasting process and most importantly, maintain or reduce the length of the sales cycle.


  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on REPORTS to open the drop down and click on ORDER/SALES REPORTS.



HERE you will find the following reports:


  1. TOTAL SALES (GRAPHIC OVERVIEW)


  • Click on the SALES DETAIL button to view a more detailed report.

  • This report is used to view all the sales that occurred in the chosen month. Please take note that these include ALL ORDERS that have received a payment (even if the order has not been completed).

  • Choose the MONTH and YEAR you wish to see and click on the GET REPORT button.

  • You can SORT your stock according to Order #, Date, Sub Total, Shipping Total, Tax, Total or Status.

You can export the report using one of the following options:

  1. CSV

  2. Excel

  3. PDF

TOP TIP: To sort data or get totals, export the report to Excel.



  1. CANCELLED ORDERS (GRAPHIC OVERVIEW)


  • Click on the CANCELLED ORDERS DETAIL button to view a more detailed report.

  • This report is used to view all the cancelled orders that occurred in the chosen month.

  • Choose the MONTH and YEAR you wish to see and click on the GET REPORT button.

  • You can SORT your stock according to Order #, Date, Sub Total, Shipping Total, Tax, Total or Status.

You can export the report using one of the following options:

  1. CSV

  2. Excel

  3. PDF

  • Click on the CLICK AND COLLECT DETAIL button to view a more detailed report.

  • Choose the MONTH and YEAR you wish to see and click on the GET REPORT button.

  • You can SORT your stock according to Order #, Date, Sub Total, Shipping Total, Tax, Total or Status.

You can export the report using one of the following options:

  1. CSV

  2. Excel

  3. PDF
