The purpose of an FAQ is generally to provide information on frequent questions or concerns.

An effective FAQ page:

  • Reflects your audience’s needs.

  • Covers a broad range of intent (transactional, informational, etc.).

  • Frequently gets updated based on new data insights.

  • Lands new users to the website by solving problems.

  • Drives internal pageviews to other important pages.

  • Fuels blog (and deeper content) creation.

  • Showcases expertise, trust, and authority within your niche.

  • From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the SHOP PAGES button.

  • Click on the ADD PAGE button.

  • Next to FAQ PAGE, click on the CREATE THIS button.


  • CLICK on the ADD FAQ button.

  • ADD the HEADING (question) and ADD the DETAILS (answer)

  • CLICK on the ADD FAQ button.

REPEAT the process to add more FAQ's.

  • Once you have added your FAQ's, you can shuffle the position using the up and down, or even delete a section if you do not want to use it anymore.

  • CLICK on the SAVE PAGE button.

You now have a beautiful new FAQ page.
