CREATING A NEW CATEGORY
From the eParcel Portal, under the STORE tab, click on PRODUCTS to open the drop down and click on the CATEGORIES button.
Click on the ADD NEW CATEGORY button.
ADD the category name.
PARENT CATEGORY:
PARENT CATEGORY:
CHOOSE the PARENT CATEGORY
MAIN CATEGORY - LEAVE BLANK
SUBCATEGORY - Nest the category under parent category.
(Categories can have a three tier level)
Click on the NEXT button.
ADD PRODUCTS TO THE CATEGORY:
ADD PRODUCTS TO THE CATEGORY:
Click on the BROWSE button to view all your products.
A list will appear with all your products. TICK the products you want in this category.
(You can also SEARCH for products should you want to filter.)
Click on the ADD TO CATEGORY button.
Click on the SAVE CATEGORY button.
