BEAUTIFY CATEGORY
Make your site shine with the Beautify Category extension. This allows you to add an image to a category and mark it as a featured category. Featured categories will show up on your home page to drive traffic to these sections of your website. You can also decide to show nested categories when viewing a category on your website!

HOW TO ACTIVATE
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.
Under the STANDARD EXTENSIONS you will find the BEAUTIFY CATEGORY Extension.
Under the STATUS the extension will be NOT ACTIVE. Click on the EDIT button.
You can choose to FEATURE your categories on the HOME PAGE of your website. (You can choose which categories you want to feature on your home page. SEE: BEAUTIFYING A CATEGORY)
You can choose to show NESTED CATEGORIES when viewing a PARENT CATEGORY. (When you view a specific category, child categories can be featured on that page. SEE: BEAUTIFYING A CATEGORY)
You can choose a BACKGROUND COLOUR. This shows when you hover over the category. This will also be used if NO image is loaded.
You can choose the text colour for your description (should you have one).
You can always come back and edit these settings.
Click on the ACTIVATE EXTENSION button.
HOW TO DEACTIVATE
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on MY SHOP to open the drop down and click on the EXTENSIONS button.
Under the STANDARD EXTENSIONS you will find the BEAUTIFY CATEGORY Extension.
Under the STATUS the extension will be ACTIVE. Click on the EDIT button.
Click on the DEACTIVATE EXTENSION button.
