LOW QUANTITY NOTIFICATION
Low stock notification will only apply where Stock Tracking has been set to YES. Setting a minimum stock notification to let you know when your stock is running low. This will show on your homepage as well as next to the stock item under inventory.
1. SETTING YOUR LOW STOCK (LS) NOTIFICATIONS
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on INVENTORY.
Click on the UPDATE LOW QTY NOTIFY button.
The default quantity is 5. You can change this to suit your needs.
Add your new total and click on the UPDATE QTY button.
2. VIEWING YOUR LOW STOCK (LS) NOTIFICATIONS
2.1 LS notification on your HOME PAGE
Under the HOME page field, there is a store settings field. Your products will show if there is any low stock.
2.2 LS notification on your INVENTORY PAGE
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on INVENTORY.
Your quantity will be in RED with LS next to it when stock level becomes low.
2.3 Sorting your inventory to only show LS
From the Nimbl Portal, under the STORE tab, click on INVENTORY.
Click on your LOW STOCK quick search button.
It will then only show low stock products.
