PUBLISHING / RETRACTING OF A PRODUCT TO / FROM YOUR WEBSITE

Once you have added a product to your database, you control when it becomes available on your website by publishing/retracting the product. You may decide not to make a product available on your website for a variety of reasons:

• You have seasonal products that you want to display for only part of the year.

• A product is out of stock but you will have more in stock at a later date.

• You don't want to sell a product, but you might offer it again later.

Adding a product does NOT publish it to your website - it only creates it in the database. Published products that are out of stock will still be shown on your website.
