MANAGE COURIER - PUDO

• Click on the Manage Courier / Activate Courier option under PUDO block in Manage Couriers page

BeNimble integrates directly with PUDO using their official API to enable locker-based deliveries.

To use this integration:

1. Create a PUDO Account:
   Sign up at https://www.pudo.co.za if you don’t already have an account.

2. Fund Your Wallet:
   Ensure your wallet is funded before attempting to dispatch any shipments.

3. Get Your API Key:
   Log into your PUDO dashboard and go to Settings. Your API Key can be found there — it is required to enable the integration.

4. Need Help?
   For any queries or assistance, please contact PUDO via their website at https://www.pudo.co.za.

5. Set Up in BeNimble:
   Once you have your API Key, enter it in the fields below to activate the integration for your store.

Checkout Details

If you activate PUDO it will be given as an option on your website for your clients to choose. As PUDO requires you to choose a locker size we can not show live pricing to your clients as we do not know what size the shipment will be. For this reason you will have to specify a price below what your clients will be charged should they choose this as a shipping option. If you do not wish to have this as an option on your website, leave the price field empty below. You can still dispatch via PUDO from BeNimble. 

Options:

• Pudo Delivery Type: You can either choose TO DOOR or TO LOCKER. When TO DOOR is selected, on checkout it will only show PUDO as a shipping option. When TO LOCKER is selected it will show the user on checkout a dropdown with the closest 10 lockers to their address details for them to choose which one they want it to be shipped to.
