2. NEW PAYMENT PARTNERS


We are also rolling out new Payment Partners for you to use on your Nimbl eCommerce store. Throughout the next week we will roll out these new partners. All our partners are the leading eCommerce Payment Gateways in South Africa and you will be able to offer the best options for your clients.Keep an eye out on our Facebook Page and follow our blogs for more details.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

We have added in user accounts for your Nimbl store. This will allow you to created users that can access your Nimbl Portal. You can also assign duties to them to limit which parts of the system they can access. Depending on your chosen package, you could have up to 10 users on your account.

4. NimlbTRAK


We are super excited to announce the release of NimblTRAK, a first for South African eCommerce. NimblTRAK is a propriety software for all Nimbl eCommerce stores which allows you to have live shipping rates from the leading eCommerce Couriers in South Africa. It furthers helps you to dispatch, manage and track all your courier shipments straight from your Nimbl Portal, which allows you the run your eCommerce store even more efficiently.

5. TEMPLATE UPDATES


Some of our users have been using the "FEATURED" products in a way that is detrimental to their store and added to the load time of their homepage. This is because we did not limit the amount of 'featured' products our users can showcase on their templates. Some users have had upwards of 80 featured products and this slows down the home page of their website. We have limited all templates to 20 maximum featured products on their home page. You can still have more featured products on your shop than 20 but only the first 20 will show on your home page.

6. CLICK&COLLECT BULK UPDATE


The Click & Collect process allows you to ensure that orders are collected and confirmed in a methodical way. Some users have said that they do not follow this process and would rather 'close' off click and collect orders in a bulk fashion.

We have added in the functionality to select multiple Click & Collect orders and close them off. They will be marked as System Updated in the order notes.

7. DASHBOARD 2.0


We have started with a focus on assisting our users with growing their stores and better their services. This is part of our mantra and this is the first step. You will find that your home page dashboard looks new! With focussed byte size data to help you analyze your store on a live basis to see important statistics. This includes:

  • Sales Overview and growth (7 days)

  • Successful Orders and growth (7 days)

  • Unique Visitors and growth (7 days)

  • Conversion Rate and growth (7 days)

We also focus on your stores fulfilment time broken up between Pick & Pack average time and delivery averages. Please note that delivery averages can only be calculated when using one of Nimbl Integrated Courier Partners.

A Sales and Website visitor analytics flow diagram has also been added to provide a quick visual que of your stores performance.

We will keep on expanding these views to help you grow and manage your eCommerce store.

8. NEW REPORTS


Two new reports have been added:

  1. Gateway fee details report - This will show you a month overview of your payment gateway and transactions with a focus on the average cost. This will help you gauge expenses attributed to your chosen payment gateway and if you might have to considers switching.

  2. Courier Recon report - This will show you all the courier shipments for that month and the costs associated with it. These are based on the quoted cost when creating the courier order through the Nimbl portal. This will help you understand your average cost per order and which courier performs the best. It will also help you ensure your courier charges you the correct fees, and if you want to consider free shipping, you will have the data to see where the correct price point will be.

9. OTHER CHANGES


  • Open orders are broken up into 3 categories. Awaiting Payment EFT and In Progress which is as it was. Added in is Awaiting Payment - OTHER. This will show all order where payment option was one of our Payment Partners but where the payment has not been completed. You can use this to close off orders where payment will not be received and ensure stock is returned to sell to new shoppers.

  • Courier Shipment has a Collection Today tab. This will show all courier collections that was done through Nimbl Portal and where the Scheduled Collection Day is today. This allows you to see which order are to be collected to day, and confirm that orders are dispatched correctly. You can also print a Collection Manifest per courier.

  • Layout of Order view page has changed to make it easier to understand and access bytesize information.

10. CUSTOM PAGES

Add custom pages to your website. There are different options to choose from, including images, videos , faq, and more.
