Create a manual order
The Manual Order feature lets you create an order on behalf of a customer directly from the Be Nimble portal. This is useful for phone orders, custom quotes, or orders taken in person.

Dispatch emails are automatically sent to customers when their order is marked as dispatched. You can customise the content of these emails to include your branding, tracking information, and personal messages.
If you are dispatching an order using your own delivery method or a courier that is not integrated with Be Nimble, you can manually mark orders as dispatched.
When a customer selects Click & Collect at checkout, the order appears in Shipping > Click & Collect. Once the customer arrives to collect their order, you can mark it as dispatched.
When you are ready to dispatch an order using an integrated courier partner, Be Nimble allows you to book a courier collection directly from the order page.
In Progress orders are orders where payment has been received and the order is being prepared for dispatch. These orders are visible in the Open Orders section with the status "In Progress".
Be Nimble automatically sends email notifications to customers at key stages of their order journey. This keeps customers informed and reduces the number of "where is my order?" enquiries.
When the Uploadify extension is active, customers can submit customisation details with their order, such as personalised text or uploaded images. This is common for custom printing, engraving, or bespoke products.
When a customer places an order on your store, it automatically appears in your Be Nimble portal. Here is what happens and what you need to do.
Open Orders are all orders that are currently active and require action. They include orders at various stages from awaiting payment through to in progress.
