Overview

In Progress orders are orders where payment has been received and the order is being prepared for dispatch. These orders are visible in the Open Orders section with the status "In Progress".

Viewing In Progress Orders

Navigate to Orders > Open Orders in the left menu. The page shows tabs for different order states including In Progress orders.

The order list shows:

  • ID – The order number
  • Date Created – When the order was placed
  • Customer – The customer's name and contact details
  • Product Count – Number of items in the order
  • Total – The order total
  • Last Note – The most recent status update

Processing an In Progress Order

  1. Click VIEW next to an order to open the order details
  2. Review the items to be packed
  3. Prepare the order for dispatch
  4. Choose your dispatch method (courier, manual, or Click & Collect)
  5. Mark the order as dispatched

Check the order notes for any special instructions from the customer before packing.
