Overview

When a customer selects Click & Collect at checkout, the order appears in Shipping > Click & Collect. Once the customer arrives to collect their order, you can mark it as dispatched.

How to Process a Click & Collect Order

  1. Go to Shipping > Click & Collect in the left menu
  2. Find the order for collection
  3. Click VIEW to open the order details
  4. Prepare the order for collection (pick and pack)
  5. When the customer arrives, verify their identity and the order
  6. Mark the order as dispatched/collected

Collection Notification

You can notify the customer that their order is ready for collection. The customer will receive an email letting them know they can come to collect.

Warehouse Address

Ensure your warehouse or collection address is correctly set up under Store Settings > Warehouse so customers know where to collect their order from.

Click & Collect is a great option for customers who want to avoid delivery fees or who need their order urgently.
