When Uploadify is enabled for a product, the shopper can provide the personalisation inputs configured for that product.

Find the submitted details

  1. Go to Orders > Open Orders.
  2. Open the order with VIEW.
  3. Review the relevant item for CUSTOMER TEXT or CUSTOMER IMAGE.
  4. Open the image link when you need to inspect the uploaded artwork.

Personalisation is attached to the item. It is separate from general order notes.

Prepare the order

Check the text and image before production. If anything is unclear or missing, contact the shopper and record the agreed instructions in an order note.

Complete the custom work, pack the products and use the normal dispatch workflow once payment is confirmed.

Supported uploads

For Divisima, use supported image files such as PNG or JPEG. Do not ask shoppers to submit PDF documents through its image-upload field.
