Overview

The Manual Order feature lets you create an order on behalf of a customer directly from the Be Nimble portal. This is useful for phone orders, custom quotes, or orders taken in person.

Creating a Manual Order

  1. Go to Orders > Manual Order in the left menu
  2. Search for products to add to the order using the search bar
  3. Add the required products and quantities
  4. Enter the customer's details
  5. Set the payment method
  6. Review the order total
  7. Create the order

Search and Add Products

Use the product search to find and add items to the current order. The order summary updates as you add items.

Order Details

When creating a manual order you will need to provide:

  • Customer name and email address
  • Delivery address
  • Payment method

After Creating the Order

The manual order appears in Orders > Open Orders just like any other order and goes through the normal fulfilment process.

Manual orders are great for taking phone orders or when you need to create an order for a returning customer without them having to go through the checkout themselves.
