International shipping uses zones that are separate from your domestic South Africa rule. Access depends on your subscription.

Create a zone

  1. Go to Store Settings > Shipping Rule.
  2. Open Rest of the World.
  3. Click CREATE SHIPPING ZONE.
  4. Enter the zone name and description.
  5. Add the countries that belong in the zone.
  6. Set an optional FREE SHIPPING ORDER VALUE; use zero if you do not want that offer.
  7. Choose FLAT RATE or ORDER WEIGHT.
  8. Enter the charge or weight factors requested.
  9. Click SAVE SHIPPING ZONE.

The weight-based option uses the base-weight and increment settings offered by the form.

Manage zones

The Rest of the World list shows each zone's countries and rule. Click EDIT to change it. Use DELETE SHIPPING ZONE only when you intend to remove that zone.

There is no global international-shipping toggle or international courier-rate setup matching those actions on this screen.

Check checkout for the countries and weights you intend to support. Explain delivery arrangements and any customer charges in your shipping policy.
