Overview
The Warehouse page allows you to manage your warehouse or store address. This address is used for courier collections, Click & Collect, and displaying your location to customers.
Warehouse Details
The warehouse record shows:
- Name – The warehouse name (e.g. Main Warehouse)
- Status – Whether the address has been validated
- Address 1 – Street address
- City/Postcode – City and postal code
- Contact Number – The contact phone number for the warehouse
- Contact Name – The contact person's name
- Click and Collect – Whether this warehouse is enabled for Click & Collect orders
Editing Your Warehouse
Click EDIT next to your warehouse to update any of the details. Ensure the address is correct so that couriers can find your collection point.
Multiple Warehouses
If you operate from multiple locations, you can add additional warehouse addresses.
A valid and accurate warehouse address is essential for courier integrations to work correctly. Incorrect addresses can result in failed courier collections.
