Available Reports
Conversions
Track how many website visitors convert into paying customers. Conversion data shows the effectiveness of your store and marketing efforts.
Payment Gateway Fees
View a breakdown of fees charged by your payment gateways (PayFast, Paystack, etc.) so you can accurately account for transaction costs.
Courier Recon
Reconcile your courier costs against orders dispatched. This helps you verify that courier charges match your expectations and identify any discrepancies.
Accessing Other Reports
- Go to Reports > Other Reports in the left menu
- Select the date range for the report
- Click the relevant report link to see the details
Use conversion data to understand how well your store is performing and identify areas for improvement, such as checkout flow, product presentation, or pricing.
