Available reports

OPEN WEB BASKET REPORT: inspect recorded basket and conversion information.
OPEN ABANDONED CART RECOVERY DETAILS: review recovery activity.
OPEN GATEWAY FEE DETAILS: open the PayFast gateway-fee report.
OPEN COURIER RECON: inspect courier reconciliation data.

The gateway-fee link is PayFast-specific; it is not a combined fee report for every payment provider. Use the relevant provider's statements for fees outside the report's coverage.

Periods and exports

The Other Reports summary does not have a date-range selector. Open the report you need and use the filters or export controls available on that page.
