The Inventory Reports section provides detailed stock reporting tools to help you understand your current inventory levels and track stock movements over time.
Available Inventory Reports
Inventory Snapshot
A point-in-time view of your current stock levels across all products and variants. Useful for stock takes and understanding what you currently have on hand.
- Click INVENTORY SNAPSHOT REPORT to generate and view the current inventory snapshot
- Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF
Stock Movements
A detailed log of all stock changes over a given period. This shows when stock was added, sold, or adjusted.
- Click STOCK MOVEMENTS REPORT to view movements for a specific date range
- Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF
How to Use Inventory Reports
- Go to Reports > Inventory Reports in the left menu
- Click the report you want to view
- Set your date range for stock movements
- Review the data
- Export if needed
Regular inventory reporting helps you identify fast-moving products that need restocking, slow-moving stock that may need promotion, and any discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
