Go to Reports > Dashboard for the legacy report summary and links to detailed reporting.
Summary period
The summary uses a fixed last-30-days period. It does not provide a date-range selector.
The page includes sales, average-order-value and conversion summaries. Open a detail report when you need to investigate individual records or use the filters offered there.
Detail sections
Use:
- OPEN SALES REPORTS for sales and order reporting.
- OPEN INVENTORY REPORTS for stock snapshots and movements.
- OPEN OTHER REPORTS for baskets, recovery, PayFast fees and courier reconciliation.
Difference from the main Dashboard
The main Dashboard is the newer analytics page. It has its own period/comparison controls and metric definitions. Its features are documented in Analytics Dashboard, separately from this Reports summary.
