First activate Uploadify under Extensions, if your subscription permits it.

Configure a product

  1. Go to Products > Overview and open the product.
  2. Open its Uploadify section.
  3. Click ACTIVATE UPLOADIFY FOR THIS PRODUCT.
  4. Configure the text or image inputs you need.
  5. Enter the instructions customers should see.
  6. Set required-input options where needed.
  7. Save the settings.

Use REMOVE UPLOADIFY FOR THIS PRODUCT if the product should no longer collect personalisation.

Shopper inputs

Customers enter the configured text or upload an image before adding the product to their cart.

For Divisima, use supported images such as PNG or JPEG. Its image workflow does not support PDF uploads, even if the portal offers an ALLOW PDF checkbox. The storefront's stated upload maximum is 5MB.

Test the configured inputs on your storefront before offering the product.

View an order

Open the order and inspect the relevant item for CUSTOMER TEXT or CUSTOMER IMAGE. This submitted input is separate from general order notes.
