Overview

Archived products are hidden from your store and from the active products list, but they are not deleted. You can restore (unarchive) an archived product at any time.

How to Unarchive a Product

  1. Go to Products > Archived Products in the left menu
  2. Search for the product you want to restore
  3. Click the unarchive option next to the product
  4. The product is restored to your active product list

After Unarchiving

Once unarchived, the product returns to Products > Overview. By default it may be set to unpublished/retracted, so you may need to:

  1. Review and update the product details
  2. Update the stock level if needed
  3. Publish the product to make it visible on your store

Archiving is a better option than deleting products because it preserves all the product data, order history, and SEO value. Use archive for discontinued or out-of-season products.
