Overview

Products can be published (visible on your store) or retracted (hidden from your store) at any time. This lets you control exactly which products customers can see and purchase.

Publishing a Product

A published product is visible on your store and can be added to cart by customers.

To publish a product:

  1. Go to Products > Overview and open the product
  2. Set the status to Published
  3. Save the product

Retracting a Product

A retracted product is hidden from your store but remains in your portal for future use.

To retract a product:

  1. Go to Products > Overview and open the product
  2. Set the status to Retracted or Unpublished
  3. Save the product

Bulk Publishing and Retracting

Use My Shop > Shop Actions for bulk operations:

  • Publish All Your Products – Makes all active products visible at once
  • Retract All Products – Hides all products from your store at once

Use retract for seasonal products, products awaiting stock, or products being updated. They are preserved in your system and easy to republish when ready.
