Publish

  1. Go to Products > Overview.
  2. Open the product.
  3. Click PUBLISH beside its publication status.

The action saves directly. You do not need a separate SAVE step for the status change.

Retract

On a published product, click RETRACT. The product remains in the portal but is hidden from the storefront.

Retracting is useful when you want to pause sales without archiving the item.

Bulk actions

Go to My Shop > Shop Actions for Publish All Your Products or Retract All Products. Review the effect before confirming a bulk action.

Publication is separate from stock and featured status. Check the storefront after a change and allow for listing/search updates to appear.
