Overview

Publishing a product makes it visible on your store for customers to see and purchase. Products must be published to appear on your storefront.

Publishing a New Product

When adding a new product:

  1. Go to Products > Add a Product in the left menu
  2. Fill in all the product details (title, description, pricing, images)
  3. Check the PUBLISH PRODUCT WHEN SAVING option at the top of the form
  4. Click Save

The product will be visible on your store immediately.

Publishing an Existing Product

To publish a product that is currently retracted:

  1. Go to Products > Overview in the left menu
  2. Find the product and click to open it
  3. Change the published status to Published
  4. Save the product

Checking Publication Status

On the Products Overview page, each product shows its current publication status so you can quickly see which products are live on your store.

Only published products are visible to customers. Draft or retracted products are hidden from your storefront but remain saved in your portal.
