Export your active catalogue to CSV.
Request an export
- Go to Products > Import / Export.
- Open EXPORT TO CSV.
- Click EXPORT YOUR PRODUCTS.
- Wait for the generated CSV to be emailed to your registered address.
The file is processed as a job rather than downloaded immediately. Check spam if the email is missing. Wait for a queued import or export to complete before requesting another.
Use the file
Use the CSV to review your active catalogue, keep an offline reference or share product information.
It is not a round-trip update file. IMPORT NEW CSV adds new products and does not apply edits back to the exported products.
For existing-product changes, use Products > Bulk Update for fields offered in that grid, Inventory for quantities, or edit each product. For new-product imports, use the dedicated example CSV from the import tab.
