Overview
Exporting your products generates a CSV file of your entire active product catalogue. This file can be used for bulk updates, offline records, or sharing with business partners.
How to Export Products
- Go to Products > Import / Export in the left menu
- Click EXPORT TO CSV
- The system generates your export file
- The CSV file is emailed to your registered email address
- Download the file from your email
What Is Exported
The exported CSV includes all active products with their complete details, ready for editing and re-importing if needed.
Using the Export
After downloading, you can:
- Review your product list offline
- Make bulk edits (pricing, descriptions, etc.)
- Re-import the updated file to apply changes in bulk
- Share with a virtual assistant or team member for data entry
Exports are processed and emailed rather than downloaded immediately. If you have a large number of products, the export may take a few moments to generate.
