You can update any category's name, description, image, featured status, and SEO settings at any time.

How to Edit a Category

  1. Go to Products > Categories in the left menu
  2. Find the category you want to edit
  3. Click EDIT next to the category name
  4. Update the category details:
  • Name
  • Description
  • Image (if Beautify Category is active)
  • Featured status
  • SEO settings
  1. Save your changes

Renaming a Category

When you rename a category, the URL may also update. If you have external links pointing to the old category URL, they may stop working. Check if you have shared category links externally before renaming.

Update the SEO title and description for each category to help search engines understand the content of the category and rank it appropriately.
