Use the bulk grid
- Go to Products > Bulk Update.
- Find the products you want to change.
- Expand variant rows where needed.
- Edit the supported values.
- Review your changes.
- Click SAVE CHANGES.
The grid supports fields such as publication, featured and new-release flags, SKU, selling/comparison prices, shipping lead time and weight. Available fields differ between products and variants.
Product titles are shown for identification, not edited in this grid. Use individual product editing for descriptions and other details not offered here.
Update stock
Use Inventory for quantity adjustments. Review the stock-movement reason before saving.
Do not use CSV import for updates
IMPORT NEW CSV creates new products. Editing an export and importing it again does not update the original products and can create unwanted new items.
Keep an export as a reference if useful, then make changes through the supported editing tools.
