Shop Actions provides a set of bulk tools to quickly manage the published status and features of all your products at once. These are powerful actions that affect your entire product catalogue.
Available Actions
Retract All Products
Remove all your products from your website at once. Use this if you need to take down your catalogue temporarily.
Publish All Your Products
Publish all your products to your website in one click. Archived products are not included.
Archive All Your Products
Archive all your products to start fresh. This clears your active product list so you can begin rebuilding your catalogue.
Temporary Offline
Temporarily take your website offline while you make changes. All customers currently on your website will have their carts closed.
Unmark All Featured Products
Remove the featured status from all currently featured products at once.
Unmark All New Releases
Remove the new release tag from all products currently marked as new releases.
These are bulk actions that cannot be easily undone. Use them carefully, especially Archive All and Temporary Offline, as they have an immediate impact on your store and customers.
