Overview
The SEO Overview page lets you manage search engine optimisation settings for your store's products, categories, and pages. Good SEO helps your store appear in search engine results, driving organic traffic.
What You Can Optimise
From the SEO page you can set SEO metadata for:
- Products – Optimise each product's title, description, and keywords for search engines
- Categories – Set SEO-friendly titles and descriptions for product categories
- Pages – Optimise your custom store pages for search visibility
Editing SEO Settings
- Go to My Shop > SEO in the left menu
- Browse the list of products, categories, and pages
- Click EDIT next to any item to update its SEO settings
- Add a meta title, meta description, and relevant keywords
- Save your changes
SEO Best Practices
- Write unique meta titles and descriptions for each product and page
- Include your main keywords naturally in titles and descriptions
- Keep meta titles under 60 characters and meta descriptions under 160 characters
- Use descriptive, keyword-rich product names and descriptions
Good SEO is an ongoing process. Regularly review and update your SEO settings as you add new products and pages to your store.
