Overview

The Logo section in My Shop > Design allows you to upload your store's logo and favicon. Your logo appears in the header of your store and helps customers identify your brand.

  1. Go to My Shop > Design in the left menu
  2. Click on Logo in the left design panel
  3. Click Choose file under the logo upload section
  4. Select your logo file
  5. Click SAVE LOGO

Logo Recommendations

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WEBP
  • Recommended size: At least 350 x 80 pixels
  • Best practice: Use a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest header appearance
  • File size: Maximum 500KB
  • Tip: Logos with extra spacing around the edges often look cleaner in the website header

Uploading a Favicon

Your favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab when customers visit your store.

  1. Click Choose favicon under the favicon upload section
  2. Select your favicon file
  3. Click SAVE FAVICON

Favicon Recommendations

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WEBP
  • Recommended size: 32 x 32 or 64 x 64 pixels (square)
  • Tip: Keep favicon artwork simple so it remains clear at small sizes

A professional logo and recognisable favicon are important for brand consistency and building customer trust.
