The Hero Images section in My Shop > Design allows you to upload and manage the large banner images that appear at the top of your store's home page. Hero images are one of the first things visitors see and make a strong first impression.

How Many Images Can You Add?

Depending on your template, you can add up to 3 hero images. Hero panels only appear when images have been uploaded.

Adding Hero Images

  1. Go to My Shop > Design in the left menu
  2. Click on Hero Images in the left design panel
  3. Upload your hero image(s)
  4. Add optional text, headings, or call-to-action buttons for each image
  5. Save your changes and publish

Image Recommendations

  • Use high-resolution images that showcase your products or brand
  • Recommended dimensions depend on your template – check the template preview for guidance
  • Keep text overlay minimal and legible
  • Use images that reflect your brand's style and colour scheme

Slideshow vs Single Image

If you add multiple hero images, they typically display as a slideshow or slider, rotating through the images automatically.

High-quality hero images are one of the most impactful ways to make your store look professional and attract customers to explore further.
