Review an upgrade
- Go to My Billing > Subscription.
- Check your current plan and subscription status.
- Open the upgrade option if it is available.
- Select an offered higher plan.
- Review the plan details and prorated charge.
- Confirm only when you are ready to pay.
The upgrade workflow charges the saved payment authorisation. The plan changes after a successful payment.
Before confirming
Check the product, extension and user allowances shown for the plan. Availability depends on your current subscription and billing state; an upgrade is not offered for every account state.
The displayed upgrade amount is calculated from the difference between the plans for the remaining portion of the current billing month.
Do not assume changing your BeNimble plan changes the fees charged by an external payment or courier provider.
After payment
Check the subscription page for the new plan and billing information. If payment fails or the expected plan is unavailable, contact [email protected].
For a downgrade, contact support before changing or removing features your current store depends on.
