Overview
The My Billing section shows you all the details about your Be Nimble subscription, including your current plan, billing dates, and invoice history.
Current Billing Information
Navigate to My Billing > Subscription to view:
- Subscription – Your current plan name and monthly cost
- Expiry Date – When your current subscription period ends
- Days Left – How many days remain on your current subscription
- Transaction Cost – Whether you pay transaction fees on sales
- Active Products – How many products you can have active on your plan
- Next Billing – The date and amount of your next payment
Billing Card Details
Your saved payment card is displayed with the last four digits and expiry date. You can update your card details if needed.
Invoice History
Go to My Billing > Invoices to see a full history of all charges including:
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Description of the charge
- Sub total, VAT, and total amounts
Common Charges
Invoices may include charges for monthly subscription fees, subscription upgrades, and any additional services or credits purchased.
If your subscription payment fails, your store may be suspended. Keep your card details up to date to avoid any interruption to service.
