Overview
Be Nimble subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date using your saved payment card. This ensures your store stays active without any manual intervention.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews on the billing date shown in My Billing > Subscription. The charge is made to the card saved in your billing details.
Checking Your Renewal Date
Go to My Billing > Subscription to view:
- Expiry Date – The date your current subscription period ends
- Next Billing – The exact date and amount of your next automatic payment
If Your Payment Fails
If your subscription payment fails:
- You will receive a notification about the failed payment
- Your store may be at risk of suspension
- Go to My Billing > Subscription to update your card details
- Contact Be Nimble support if you need assistance
Manual Renewal
If you prefer to manage your subscription manually, contact Be Nimble support at [email protected].
Keep your payment card details up to date to ensure uninterrupted service. An expired or declined card can result in store downtime.
