Review your options
- Go to My Billing > Subscription.
- Check your current plan, expiry and next billing information.
- Review the upgrade or renewal options available to your account.
- Compare the displayed price and limits before confirming a change.
Check the product allowance, extension access and team-user allowance you need. Do not assume a plan includes unlimited products or a particular extension unless the portal or support confirms it.
Charges
Use the amounts and transaction-cost information shown for your account. Payment-gateway fees and other service charges are separate from the store subscription.

Use the upgrade option when available. For a downgrade or an option that is not offered on your billing page, contact [email protected].
Review the amount payable and any renewal term before completing payment.
