Overview
The Inventory page allows you to update the stock quantities for all your products in one place. This is faster than editing each product individually when you need to do a stock count or restock update.
Viewing Your Inventory
Navigate to Inventory in the left menu to see all your products and their current stock levels. The list shows:
- Product – The product name, variant, and SKU
- Type – Whether the item is a single product or a variant
- Current Qty – The current stock quantity
- New Qty – A field to enter the updated quantity
Updating Stock Quantities
- Go to Inventory in the left menu
- Find the product you want to update
- Enter the new quantity in the New Qty field
- Click UPDATE INVENTORY to save all changes at once
Filtering Your Inventory
Use the filter tags at the top of the inventory list to view:
- All Products – Show all inventory items
- Low Stock – Show only products that are running low
Searching
Use the Search box to find a specific product by name or SKU.
Setting up low stock notifications helps you stay ahead of stockouts. Configure notification thresholds under Inventory > Low Quantity Notifications.
