The Inventory section in Be Nimble helps you keep track of all your product stock levels. Effective inventory management ensures you never run out of popular products and helps you plan your purchasing.
Inventory List
The inventory list at Inventory shows all your active products in one place, including:
- Single products with a single stock count
- Products with variants (e.g. different colours or sizes), each with their own stock count
- SKU codes for easy identification
Tracking Stock by Variant
If a product has variants (e.g. Size S, Size M, Size L in Red or Blue), each variant combination has its own separate stock count. You can see and update each variant individually from the inventory page.
Best Practices for Inventory Management
- Conduct regular stock counts and update quantities in Be Nimble to keep records accurate
- Use SKU codes on your products for easier identification during stock counts
- Set low quantity notification thresholds so you are alerted before you run out
- Export your inventory to CSV or Excel for offline reporting
Exporting Inventory Data
Use the CSV or Excel export buttons to download your full inventory list for offline use or to share with your warehouse team.
